Buy Local "Singing in the Rain"

Utilizing the local fashion vendors in attendance at the Buy Local Market, the “Singing in the Rain” fashion show has models using the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery as their runway. With umbrellas in hand and weather inspired music, they celebrate the launch of BALLE BC’s Local First Campaign.
